A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA INCREASING THE
MONTHLY PARKING RATES OF THE PARKING
STRUCTURES WITHIN THE PARKING ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The monthly park1ng rates 1n C1ty operated
parking structures within the Parking Assessment Distr1ct are hereby
increased as follows:

Each additional permit will cost the monthly rate as stated above.
SECTION 2. The Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolut1on~ and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 17th. day of December
1979.
