A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION YJAP OF
TRACT NO. 38410
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S1u~TA MONICA DOES RESOVlE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 38410 1n the C1ty of
Santa Monica presented by IrV1n and Evelyn Kirschenbaum and Ervin
and Esther Pfefferman, owners, be1ng a subdiv1sion for condom1nium
purposes of Lot 9, Serra Vista Annex, as shown on Map recorded in
Book 7, Page 181 of 1-1aps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and
the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby 1S author1zed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the city Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of th1s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
