AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION ~~ OF

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MOl-UCA DOES RESOL"v"E
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel 11172 1n the City of Santa
Monica presented by Bruce Marshall Frome, being a subd~v~s~on for
condom~nium purposes of Lots 14 and 15, Sunset Beach Tract, as
shown on Map recorded in Book 83, Page 10, of Miscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map th~s order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
