A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36643
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36643 1n the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Ed Kanan, general partner ln Villa
Twentieth Street Condominiums, being a subdivision for condoffilnium
purposes of a portion of Lot 2, Block 7, Green-Acres, as shown on
Map recorded in Book 9, Page 126, of Maps, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby 1S authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
