A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36644
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36644 in the Clty of
Santa Monlca presented by Edmund Kanan, general partner ~n Villa
Fourteenth Street Condominiums, being a subd~vls1on for condominium
purposes of Lot E, Block 13, Amended Map of the Town of Santa
Monica, as shown on Map recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51,
inclusive, of M~scellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is author~zed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of thlS resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
