AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36782
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S&~TA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOT.T.OWS:
SECTION l. That the Map of Tract No. 36782 1n the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Edward R. Butler and Joseph L. Wa1l1ng,
belng a subdivislon for condom1nlUffi purposes of Lot M, Block 35,
Town of Santa Monica, as shown on Map recorded in Book 39, Pages
45 to 51 inclusive, of Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map th1s order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of th1s reso1utlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
