A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 3685l
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That the Map of Tract No. 3685l in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Robert J. Sacker, Anthony R. Brackett and
Stanley Falkensteln, partnerS in Oceans1de Investment No.2, being
a subdivls10n for condominlum purposes of a portion of Lot 387,
Towner Terrace Tract, as shown on Map recorded ln Book 8, Page 25
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby lS
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map th1s order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be lTI full force and effect.
