AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36859
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONIC~ DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36859 in the city of
Santa Monlca presented by James Shou-Chien Hsu, general partner
ln Barrlngton Investment, belng a subdivis10n for condominlUffi
purposes of Lot Q, Block l3l of Amended Map of the Town of Santa
Monica, as shown on Map recorded ~n Book 39, Pages 45 to 51, inclu-
sive, of M~scellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be
and the same hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
