A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
PARCEL NO. ll56l
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\'E
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Tht the Map of Parcel No. 11561 1n the City of
Santa Monica presented by Raymond Lepore and Gary F. cox, be~ng a
subdivision for condominlum purposes of Lot 23, Tract No. 6001, as
shown on Map recorded in Book 62, Page 58 of Maps, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby lS authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of thls resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
