AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36235
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36235 In the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Ralph Miller and Roberta Hornwood of
Green Terrace Investors, belng a subdivis~on for condominium purposes
of Lot P, Block 9, Green-Acres Replat No.1, as shown ln Book ll,
Page 3, of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby lS authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That t:le C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
