A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE €ITY OF Sk~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION l".tAP OF
TRACT NO. 36654
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOVlE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the Map of Tract No. 36654 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Bruce J. Schultz and Sidney Diamond, being
a subdivislon for condominium purposes of Lot I, Block 37, Amended
Map of the Town of Santa Monica as shown on Map recorded in Book 39
Pages 45 et seq. of Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the sa~e hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th~s resolut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
