A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36892
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\tE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36892 ln the City of
Santa Monica presented by Rlchard B. Francis and Richard W. Selby,
being a subd1vis~on for condominium purposes of Lot 7, Block I, as
shown on Map recorded in Book 31, Page 30 of Maps, ~n the Off1ce of
the County Recorded of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
