A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 37359
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That the Map of Tract No. 37359 1n the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Samuel D. Wenguer and Arthur T. Gugllelmi,
of Sabr Investments, be1ng a subdlvision for condo~lnium purposes
of Lot 390, Towner Terrace, as shown on Map recorded in Book 8,
Page 25 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the sa~e shall
be 1n full force and effect.
