A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 38267
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S&~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 38267 in the Clty of
Santa Mon1ca presented by Bo E. Wallsten and Miguel Angelo Flores
of Samona Inc., be1ng a subdlviSlon for condominium purposes of
Lot 7, Block 14, Tract No. 1351, as shown on ~ap recorded in Book 18,
Page ll6 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map th1S order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt10n
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
