A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU~CIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~P OF
TRACT NO. 36646
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36646 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Sortiri Anastasiadis, being a subdivision
for condominium purposes of Lots 12 and 13, Tract No. 7335, as
Shown on Map recorded in Book 78, Page 26 of Maps, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTIO~ 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
