THE CITY OF SA-~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 37638
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONI~~ DOES RESOL~~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37638 in the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Gerald P. Frost and V~vienne L. Frost,
being a subd~vision for condomin~um purposes of Lot I, Block 2,
Green Acres Replat No.1, as shown on Map recorded In Book 11,
Page 3, of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of this reso1ut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
