A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 36885
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36885 in the Clty of
Santa Monlca presented by Cyrus Namirl Kalantarl and Manuchehr
Namiri Ka1antarl and Albert L. and Donna O'Brien Swink, partners
ln 17th street-Alcy partnershlP, being a subdivision of Lot 1 and a
portlon of Lot 2 of Tract No. 6958, as shown on Map recorded ln
Book 75, Page 42 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the
same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
