A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36676
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL'lE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36676 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Edmund and Sharon L. Kanan, owners,
being a subdlvislon for condominlum purposes of Lot A, Block 9,
Green Acres Replat No.1, as shown on Map recorded ln Book 11,
Page 3, of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
