A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAl~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 38224
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONlc..~ DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 38224 1n the city of
Santa Monlca presented by John Kaufman and Steve Wiseman, partners
1n Santa Mon1ca Pearl, Ltd., being a subdiv1slon for condomin1um
purposes of Lots 31 and 32 of Tract No. 1980, as shown on Map
recorded in Book 21, Page 152, of Maps, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is author1zed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of th1S resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
