A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SU13D IVIS ION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 37213
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37213 ~n the City of
Santa Monica presented by Sidney Diamond and Bruce J. Schultz,
general partners in 1172 Centinela Avenue Ltd.! be~ng a subd~vis~on
for condomin~um purposes of Lot 241 of Tract No. 2385, in the C~ty
of Santa Monica as shown on Map recorded in Book 23, Pages 110 and
III of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, he and the same hereby
is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map th~s order authent~-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
