A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35403
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S&~TA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35403 1n the C1ty of
Santa Mon1ca presented by Michael Keele Enterprises, Inc., be1ng a
subd1vision for condomin1um purposes of Lot 64, Aust1n Heights Tract
as shown on Map recorded_in Book 10, Page 168, of Maps, Records of
Los Angeles County, and Lot 17, Tract 5380 as shown in Book 58,
Page 36 of Maps, Records or Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 15 author1zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th1s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
