A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SlL~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35748
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONIC.~ DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35748 1n the City of
Santa Mon1ca presented by David D. Dorin and steven Franklin of
Tri-D Resources, being a subdivision for condominium purposes of
Lot 274, Tract No. 1980, as shown on Map recorded in Book 21,
Page 152, of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 15 authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
S3CTION 3. That the city Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
