THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAt.~TA MONIc..~ DOES RESOL~lE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37316 ln the City of
Santa Monica presented by William Cook and S. J. Dudzinsky, Jr. of
C.W.D.-Princeton Associates, being a subdivision for condominium
purposes of Lot 22, Tract No. 5519, as shown on Map recorded in
Map Book 59, Page 60, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
