A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
&~D APPROVING Su~DIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO.. 37955
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37955 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by H. Theodore Greene and Hedda V. Greene
of Arizona Ltd., being a subdlvision for condornlnium purposes of
Lot M, Block 106, of amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica as
shown on Map recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 inclusive of
Miscellaneous Records, in the Office of the County Recorder of
Los Angeles County, be and the sawe is hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk ~ereby is authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
catec by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SBCTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
he in full force and effect.
