AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the ~ap of Tract No. 30965 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Gary Nathanson and Rlchard A. Handel of
!Ianaco, Inc., being a subdJ..visJ..on for condominiu.Tfi purposes of
Lots D, E, F and G, Block 97, amended Map of the Town of Santa
Monica, as shown on Map recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51, inclu-
sive, of Mlscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be
and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said flap t!lis order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter t~e same shall
be in full force and effect.
