A RESOLUTION.OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
PARCEL NO. 12284
Th~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 12284 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Kenneth N. Go11ck of Ocean Park Associates,
being a subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot 10, Block N,
Vawter's Ocean View Tract, as shown on Map recorded in Book 9,
Pages 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous Records in the Office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles, be and the same hereby is accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th1s resolution and thenceforth and t~ereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
