A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI4 OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
&~D APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 38220
TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 38220 1n the City of
Santa Monica presented by Henry t1. and Alexandre Hiller, being a
subdivision for condominium purposes of a portion of Lot 249,
Tract No. 1980, as shown on Map recorded in Book 31, Page 152 of
Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the city Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
diz2cted to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
catec ~y the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
3~C?ION 3. That the city Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thlS resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
