A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF Sk~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
PARCEL NO. 12488
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\lE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 12488 in the C1ty of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Carlos S~derman and Jose S~derroan of
Pacif~c Construction Designs, Inc., being a subd1vision for condo-
minium purposes of portions of Lots M and N, Block 64, Amended Map
of the Town of Santa Mon1ca recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51
~nclusive of Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby is author1zed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sa~d ~1ap this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
