A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 36425
THE CI.TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL'ilE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36425 ~n the City of
Santa Monica presented by Alexander and Margaret Van Hessenstein,
be~ng a subd~v~sion for condom~nium purposes of Lot V, Block 87,
Amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica, as shown on Map recorded
~n Book 39, Pages 45 to 51, of Miscellaneous Records, Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa ~on~ca.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of this resolut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
