A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~P OF
TRACT NO. 37990
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37990 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Shambhu L. Kayastha, be~ng a subdivis~on
for condom~nium purposes of Lots Q and R, Block 94, Amended Map
of the Town of Santa Monica, Records of Los Angeles County, be and
the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S author1zed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the city of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert~fy to the adopt~on
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
