A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~AP OF
TRACT NO. 38788
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S&~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 38788 ln the City of
Santa Monica presented by William Malat and Louis Rudman, RMR Associ-
ates, belng a subdivislon for condominium purposes of Lots 11 and 12,
Block 5, Chelsea Green, as shown on Map recorded ln Book 12, Page 145,
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the city of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
