A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~ OF
TRACT NO. 39267
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOU.OWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 39267 in the C2ty of
Santa Monica presented by Carl E. Tegner and Robert R. Hield of
Century Insurance and Service Agency, Inc., being a subdiviS20n
for condominium purposes of Lot R, Block 130, Amended Map of the
Town of Santa Mon2ca, as shown on Map recorded 2n Book 39, Pages
45 to 51, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby 15 accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
d2rected to endorse upon the face of sald Map thls order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolut2on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
