AS FOLLONS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37945 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by George P. and Anna M. Patrick, be~ng a
subdivision for condom~n~um purposes of Lot 7, Block 12, Tract
No. 1351, as shown on Map recorded in Book 18, Page 116, of Maps,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby ~s accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby ~s author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authent~-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall cert~fy to the adopt~on
of this resolut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
