A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SlJBDIVISION N..A,P OF
TRACT NO. 37944
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONIC~ DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIO~ 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37944 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by George P. and Anna M. Patrick, being
a subd~vision for condomin~um purposes of Lot 12, Block 15,
Tract No. 1351, as shown on Map recorded in Book 18, Page 116,
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby lS authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
