A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 37910
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S&~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOT,T~OWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37910 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by C. Timothy Corllss and Edward C. Haven,
being a subdlvislon for condominium purposes of Lots P and Q,
Block 36, Amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica as shown on Map
recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 through 51 of Miscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 15 authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of thlS resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
