THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MOlUc..i:1 DOES RESOL'ilE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37680 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Ray T. Sparl1ng and Norm Berg, partners,
being a 5ubd1v1sion for condoID1n1um purposes of a port1on of Lot 3,
Block 11, Artesian Tract, as shown on Map recorded 1n Book 4,
Page 90 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby 15 accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 15 authorlzed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map th15 order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
