AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 37304
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONI~~ DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37304 ln the C1ty of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Frederick R. Port and Thomas H. Childers,
offlcers of Villa Perique Corporat1on Limlted, a Brlt1sh Virg1n
Islands Corporat1on, owner, being a subdlvision for condomin1Uffi
purposes of a portion of Lot 43, Tract No. 1980, as shown on Map
recorded in Book 21, Page 152 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
