AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~p OF

AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37245 in the C1ty of
Santa Mon1ca presented by Gary Nathanson and R1chard A. Handel
of Hanaco, Inc., being a subd1vision for condomin1um purposes of
Lots Rand Q, Block 75, amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica
recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51, inclusive, of M1scellaneous
Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map th1s order authent1-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That ~he City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
