A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 37229
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37229 1n the City of
Santa Mon1ca presented by Jaroslav J. and J~r~na J. Marik, being
a subdlv1slon for condominium purposes of Lot T, in Block 89 of
Amended Map of the Town of Santa Monica as shown on Map recorded
in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 inclusive of Miscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby 1S author1zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 10 full force and effect.
