A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO~ 36889
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOT.T .OWS :
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36889 in the C~ty of
Santa Mon~ca presented by David Cooper, Michael Folon~s, R~chard
Clemenson and Jose Maldonado, partners in Pacif~c Street Partner-
sh~p, being a subdivision for condom~n~um purposes of Lot 121,
Tract No. 5512, as shown on Map recorded in Book 59, Pages 1 and 2
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby ~s
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert~fy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
