AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~p OF
PARCEL NO. 11446
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~~TA ~ONIC~ DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 11446 in the city of
Santa Monica presented by Ha~g Mahdessian and Femme Mahdessian,
being a subdivision for condom~n~um purposes of Lot K, Block 64,
Amended Map of the Town of Santa Mon~ca as shown on Hap recorded
~n Book 39, Pages 45 to 51,incluslve,of Miscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby ~s authorized and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of sald Map thlS order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
