TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOL\S
AS FOLLmlS:
SECTION 1. That t~e Map of Tract No. 37268 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Alfred and Dossi Dayan, officers in
Tomkin Homes, Inc., being a subdivision for condominium purposes
of Lots 32 and 33, Tract No. 1980, as shown on Map recorded in
Book 21, Page 152 of Maps, in the Off~ce of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tlon of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
