THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION ~AP OF
TRACT NO. 36484
THE CITY COUNCIL O? THE CITY OF SANTA MONIC; DOES RESOLv~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 36484 in the C1ty of
Santa Monica presented by Alan Tossman and Carl and Carol Day,
being a subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot 80, Tract
No. 5512, as shown on Map recorded 1n Book 59, Pages 1 and 2,
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1.5 authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
he in full force and effect.
