THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S&"JTA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract NO. 36254 in the!City of
Santa Monica presented by R~chard B. Francis and Richard W. Selby
be~ng a subdiv~s~on for condo~~niu~ purposes of Lots 1 and 2, Tract
No. 12371, as shown on map recorded ~n Book 264, Page 18 of Maps,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map th~s order authent~-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolut~on and thenceforth and thereafter the saMe shall
be in full force and effect.
