A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SA-~TA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35216
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S~TA MONICA DOES RESOL~~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35216 ln the City of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Robert N. and Nancy E. Jacobs and
Charles M. and Mary Emma H. Hargrave, be~ng a subdiv~slon for
condominium purposes of Lots D and E, Block 187, amended map of
the Town of Santa Monica as shown on Map recorded in Book 39,
Pages 45 to 51 lnclusive of Mlsce11aneous records of the County
of Los Angeles, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorlZed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of thlS resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ln full force and effect.
