THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 37672
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONIc..; DOES RESOL\-~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37672 1n the City of
Santa Mon1ca presented by TaJdin Esrnall and Steve KanJl, belng
a subd~vls~on for condom~n~um purposes of Lot 25, Tract No. 8542
as shown on Map recorded in Book 104, Pages 27, 28 and 29 of
Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same ~s hereby
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby lS authorlzed and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of sald Map thlS order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
