A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
iU~D APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35915
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35915 ln the Clty of
Santa Monlca presented by Oscar Katz, belng a subdivlsion for
condominlum purposes of Lot G, Block 131, Amended Map of the
Town of Santa Monica as shown on Map recorded 1n Book 39, Pages
45 thru 51 of Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1S authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map th1S order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adopt1on
of th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
