AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 37989
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA.t.~TA MONICi\. DOES RESOV/E
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37989 1n the City of
Santa Monica presented by Larry and Ronald Kr1eger, and Cary
Goddard, being a subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot
E, Block 65, Amended Map of the Town of Santa Mon1ca, as shown
on Map recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 to 51, 1nclusive of miscell-
aneous records 1n the office of the recorder of the County of
Los Angeles, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
