A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 38471
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONIC~ DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 38471 in the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Robert J. Sacker and Anthony R. Brackett,
Oceans1de Investment No.4, be1ng a subdiVlsion for condom1nlun
purposes of Lot 1, Block 24 of the Erkenbrecher Syndicate, Santa
Monlca Tract as shown on Map recorded ln Book 6, Pages 26 and 27
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby 1S authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald Map thlS order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall cert1fy to the adopt1on
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
