THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 37943
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLv~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 37943 in the C1ty of
Santa Monica presented by Jack Kavanaugh and Mead I. Greenberg,
being a subd1vis1on for condominium purposes of Lot D, Block 84,
of the Amended Map of the Town of Santa Mon1ca, as shown on Map
recorded in Book 39, Page 45, inclus1ve of ffi1scellaneous records,
in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, be
and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby 1S authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
